Pricing starts at $1,500 for a three hour rental for gatherings of 50 guests or less; $2,500 for guest lists of 51-100; and $4,000 for guest lists over 100. For those wanting The Gambrel for the entire weekend (staging and set-up, rehearsal, gathering your belongings the following day; pricing begins at $7,000. All pricing includes banquet tables, farmhouse tables, chairs and linens (typically around $1,200 a day for 100 guests if you were to acquire from a rental company).
